Marilyn D. Glazer is the Designated Managing Broker/Owner of Marilyn D. Glazer, REALTOR®, and is President of Glazer Enterprises, Inc., a company specializing in real estate education and real estate expert-witness testimony. She current serves as Contracts and Forms Committee Chair of the North Shore Barrington Association of REALTORS® and had previously served as President of the Association.
She is a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® and as such is the contact to Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (IL-9) for that million-member association.
She previously served as a Commissioner on the Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, as a Director of the Skokie Caucus Party, and as Chairman of Oakton College's Real Estate Advisory Committee, She is a past President of the Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators; and is a past President of Congregation B'nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim's Sisterhood. She is also a past president of Women in Real Estate and is a past Vice President and Director of the Illinois Association of REALTORS®. She was elected to serve as Supervisor of Niles Township Government, having previously served as a Trustee for the Township. She has retired from that position effective at the end of 2019. She recently served as Treasurer of the Niles Township Food Pantry Foundation, a 501(C)(3)Charitable Corporation. She served two terms on the Board of the Township Officials of Cook County. She is a past president of the Central Plaza Condominium Association and has been a resident of Skokie for over 40 years. Glazer has a BA degree from Northeastern Illinois University, and a M.S.Ed degree from Northern Illinois University.
